Preformed Foam Expansion Joints
Pyro-Flex Fire Rated Foam Seals are engineered as a fire resistive system for sealing horizontal and vertical expansion joint openings. Any type of sealant can be factory applied to the MM Systems fire rated foam block. When combined with a high-performance bellows style silicone face seal, a monolithic 2 or 3 hours fire rated, pick resistant and waterproof sealing system is created. System is UV stable, sound attenuating, flame resistant, chemical resistant, and thermal insulating. Download the brochure (PDF)

Fire Barrier
The Pyro-Flex® Life Safety Fire Barrier Protection Systems are engineered as high performance fire resistive systems for sealing expansion joint openings. The systems are comprised of a flexible, high purity ceramic fiber blanket, stainless steel foil and a matrix of fire resistive cloth as required to achieve a specified protection and endurance rating. Trench Grating & Access Covers
ADA compliant grating and trench cover systems. Decorative gratings offer an architectural alternative to traditional cast-iron gratings and are ideal for pool and plaza decks, green spaces and fountain surrounds.
