Albi Clad TF +

Albi Clad TF+ fireproofing is Albi’s most advanced water-based, thin-film intumescent paint (coating) designed for up to 4 hour fire protection on Structural Steel in accordance with UL263/ ASTM E-119. Unlike ordinary fireproofing, Albi Clad TF+ applied at minimum thickness for a smooth, architectural finish. Significantly reduced required Dry Film Thicknesses make TF+ one of the most efficient intumescent products on the market.

Albi Clad 800

Albi Clad 800 is a solvent based intumescent mastic coating (fire resistant paint) applied to structural steel, concrete and other construction materials for exterior applications. It is UL classified for up to three hours of protection. Albi Clad 800 should be specified wherever long-lasting, exterior fireproofing is needed.

Albi DriClad Mineral Fiber Board

Albi DriClad is a mineral fiber fireproofing board for use in interior or semi-exposed locations and provides up to four hours of protection. DriClad can be pre-cut for easier on-the-job installation. Its density and thickness are factory controlled for uniformity of application and adds minimal weight to the structural steel. It encases structural steel or other materials and can be applied in any temperature or weather conditions. As a board system it does not require any surface preparation to the substrate. DriClad is installed using our Albi Screw system.

Albi Clad FP

Albi Clad FP fireproofing brings the water-based, thin-film, intumescent coating characteristics of renowned Albi Clads to materials including wood, wallboard, plaster and other non-ferrous substrates. FP combines intumescent fire protection with the aesthetic breakthrough of an attractive, decorative, interior finish that preserves architectural detail on a range of materials. Albi Clad FP is used in historic restorations, condos, apartments, lofts and wherever architectural designs call for an extremely thin, aesthetic architectural finish with simultaneous fire protection. It may also be applied to correct fire ratings due to improperly installed wallboard.
